- Must have minimum 3+ years of experience with mid to small size companies
- Must have proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products
- Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data
- Verbal and written communication
- Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees
- Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager
- Forklift Experience
- Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately
- Correct and report any unsafe conditions
- Train all employees on your shift
- Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs
- Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources
- Write and issue performance evaluations
- Willing to work a line to help the team
